Pay when you book
Online payment will be available as part of booking. It's on its way. Until then, simply pay at the clinic.
Pay at the clinic
Book now and pay on the day of your visit, by cash or card at the clinic.
Cancellations and refunds
If you cancel at least 48 hours before your appointment, you'll receive a full refund. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the appointment time are refunded at half the amount paid. If you need to change or cancel an appointment, call or email us and we'll sort it out.
